The research did not locate a separate recent-bookings gallery, a daily photo report, or an official mugshot-removal schedule for Virginia Beach. The roster can include released inmates if the user checks that option, but VBSO does not publish how long a booking photo remains visible after release. If the photo is not online, the proper fallback is a VBSO or City FOIA request for an existing booking-photo record.

Are Virginia Beach County Jail Mugshots Public?

If a case was dismissed, nolle prossed, acquitted, or otherwise eligible, the court and originating agency record status should be checked under Virginia expungement law.
